Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of both internal systems and customer-facing applications/platforms

  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product and development teams

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other internal stakeholders, to ensure system functionality, design continuity, and alignment with team goals and objectives

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure design consistency across products

  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate design ideas

  • Utilize UX/UI design techniques to ensure that the systems and applications are user-friendly, easy to use, and provide the best experience for our customers

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years experience in digital product, UX/UI and web design

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work. The portfolio should include examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Ability to use wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Miro, Figma, etc.

  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking

  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

  • Solid experience with user testing and usability analysis

  • Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends

  • Passion in software products, start-ups, and cutting-edge technology

  • An understanding of continuous delivery software development

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Experience with agile software development and cross-functional team environment

  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
