Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of both internal systems and customer-facing applications/platforms
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product and development teams
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other internal stakeholders, to ensure system functionality, design continuity, and alignment with team goals and objectives
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure design consistency across products
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate design ideas
Utilize UX/UI design techniques to ensure that the systems and applications are user-friendly, easy to use, and provide the best experience for our customers
Skills and Qualifications
At least 3-5 years experience in digital product, UX/UI and web design
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work. The portfolio should include examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ability to use wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Miro, Figma, etc.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
Solid experience with user testing and usability analysis
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
Passion in software products, start-ups, and cutting-edge technology
An understanding of continuous delivery software development
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Experience with agile software development and cross-functional team environment
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
