About the Role
The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving the success of our car-sharing service by analyzing business processes, user needs, and market trends. In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies that enhance our business.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identifying solutions to meet those requirements
Evaluating existing and new business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and proposing solutions
Gathering and documenting clear and well-structured business requirements documents/user stories, functional and system specifications documents.
Developing and maintaining business process documentation and user manuals
Working closely with the product development team to ensure the solutions are implemented on time and meet requirements
Performing system testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Conducting end-user training to both internal and external stakeholders for new systems and solutions
Prioritizing product backlog to ensure that the business continuously delivers value to end-users
Defining and monitoring business goals, and metrics to stay competitive in the market and refine solutions as and when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or IT development within an industrial environment.
Proven experience in implementing and analyzing complex systems.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience in requirements elicitation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies for analysis and project management.
